He is authorised and regulated to practise, as a Notary Public, by the Master of the Court of Faculties of the Archbishop of Canterbury. The Master of the Faculties of the Archbishop of Canterbury acting through the Court of Faculties of the Archbishop of Canterbury (commonly called the Faculty Office) is the Approved Regulator of Notaries Public in England and Wales Pursuant to Part 1 of Schedule 4 of the Legal Services Act 2007.

He is a Companies House Authorised Corporate Services Provider (ACSP), who verifies Company Director Identity to comply with the The law concerning the new Companies House Director Verification Services which arises from the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023, making director identity verification mandatory to combat fraud, with non-compliance leading to criminal offences, fines, and disqualification.
